The Creative Arts Associate Licensed Mental Health Therapist will play a crucial role in our team, utilizing expressive arts therapies to provide evidenced-based mental health interventions. With a focus on prevention as well as treatment, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Summary

This position involves leading groups of children and youth in expressive arts therapy sessions, collaborating with school-based teams, and collecting data to measure program outcomes. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead groups of children and youth in expressive arts therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and wellness* Collaborate with school-based teams to provide culturally relevant services* Collect and manage program outcome data to inform future programming* Engage middle school-aged youth in individual mental health therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to address their unique needs

Requirements

* Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field* Licensure as a licensed mental health therapist* Experience working with children and youth in therapeutic settings* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation* Ability to pass a background clearance and state patrol check

Salary: $67,704-77,708 (DOE)
