Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist

HopeSparks Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide mental health intervention to support children and their families from birth to six years old.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,549 - $77,875. As an Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist with HopeSparks, you will work in collaboration with the IECMH/CDS team to support children from a whole child/whole family perspective, integrating physical and mental health services to meet each unique child's needs.
Our ideal candidate has a Master's Degree and Associate Licensure in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. They possess experience working with children, youth, and families, preferably with training in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will have opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Job Requirements:- Must be able to engage young children and their primary supports/caregivers in developmentally appropriate mental health service
- Coordinate with the referring provider/team to ensure appropriate engagement and/or transition into services
- Meet productivity and/or agency client expectations
- Complete all paperwork such as treatment plans, diagnostic information, treatment notes, and other necessary case documentation
