Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Tacoma - Cushman Behavioral Health Clinic. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning to clients with varying mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and experience working with diverse populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with varying mental health needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and challenges
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (LMP) in the state of Washington
