- Assist with medical emergencies, following established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor residents' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, reporting changes to designated staff members.
- Coordinate appointments, transportation, and paperwork as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to ensure seamless care and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in direct care or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
