About the Job

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Golf, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and excellent communication skills. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct pulmonary diagnostics and administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • RRT or CRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the state of Illinois
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy or a related field
