Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in vehicle title processing who is looking for a stable career within a progressive organization. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all title-related operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Act as the primary administrator for title management software, monitoring incoming titles and coordinating VIN research across various states.
  3. Handle inquiries from members and branch staff regarding title processes with accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Resolve title discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, including Departments of Motor Vehicles.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMV regulations and ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to vehicle titling.
  6. Process title submissions to the DMV, keeping meticulous records and tracking all title transactions.
  7. Assist in maintaining documentation and records within the internal systems.
  8. Conduct research on pending titles and follow up diligently until resolution.
  9. Communicate effectively with management regarding title issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  10. Engage with members regarding the Title-Only process once titles are received.
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  12. Support training initiatives for branch personnel as needed.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to navigate loan policies and procedures. A minimum of two years of experience in loan processing or vehicle title work is required. The candidate must be adept at working in a dynamic environment while maintaining a constructive attitude.

Work Schedule:

Availability is required during standard business hours.
