- Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems, components, and equipment using CAD software and engineering principles.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed engineering plans, designs, drawings, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Conduct research of new equipment and manufacturing processes to maintain and improve the company's competitive position.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or process engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Suite and Microsoft Office Products.
