Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including charting patient history, physical exams, and other notes in the EMR system.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, primary care physicians, and specialists, ensuring effective communication and test result dissemination.
  • Utilize excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in hospital rounding and clinic-based activities, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Valid Texas license in good standing.
  • Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA Certification.
