Job Summary:

As a Quality Manager at Boeing, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This includes managing employees to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, government regulations, and engineering standards. You will also develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to improve performance. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching on quality systems, make airworthiness determinations, and acquire and manage resources. If you have a bachelor's degree in Management or a related field, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage employees to ensure products, services, and processes comply with contractual requirements, company procedures, government regulations, and engineering standards.
Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to improve performance.
Provide training and coaching on quality systems.
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
Acquire and manage resources.
Lead process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.
5 years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, or Supplier Quality.
3 years of experience in each of the following: Aircraft manufacturing and maintenance, Leading teams in using Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Performing product, process, or compliance audits of QMS.
