Position Overview
We are seeking individuals with a positive and service-oriented mindset to join our team as on-call Servers.
In this role, you will ensure guest satisfaction in the dining area by providing attentive service and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests in the dining area and efficiently take food orders, adhering to established service protocols.
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients, providing guidance on food and beverage pairings, accommodating special requests, and understanding dietary restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and address any special requests.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a genuine interest in guest interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, while following up to assist with additional needs.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly, relaying important information to supervisors as necessary.
- Ensure the dining area is properly set up before and after service, maintaining cleanliness and meeting sanitation standards.
- May operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
- Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events or functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Previous experience in food service is preferred.
Availability to work various shifts is required.
Compensation
The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
