Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a positive attitude to join our team as on-call Servers.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction in the dining area by serving patrons and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and efficiently take food orders, adhering to established service protocols.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients, offering recommendations and accommodating dietary preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and address special requests.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, demonstrating flexibility and a genuine interest in guest interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
- Deliver food promptly while adhering to safe food handling and sanitation practices, checking in with guests for additional needs.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints, relaying pertinent information to supervisors.
- Prepare the dining area before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
- Operate necessary equipment as required.
- Collaborate with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Previous experience in food service is preferred.
Availability to work various shifts is required.
Compensation:
The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
