Job Title: Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at KENTECH Consulting Inc. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and training, ensuring that customers are fully engaged and realize the value of our solutions.
  • Analyze customer data to optimize their experience and ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Manage customer activations, ensuring that new customers are delighted and go live as quickly as possible.
  • Address high-severity requests or escalations with urgency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of proven, dependable experience in customer success and account management within the background check investigations industry.
  • Experience in building out Client Success SOPs and departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation solutions, with hands-on experience using TAZWorks and HubSpot.
