Job Overview

Creative Interventions LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to supporting the families of Connecticut. We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team and implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with clients and caregivers, and maintain cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing program objectives, current skill acquisition programming, and behavior intervention plans or protocols.
  • Collecting and maintaining data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying knowledge learned in training and during on-site consultations.
  • Communicating needs and feedback to BCBA/LBA on assigned cases.

Requirements include:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A current auto insurance policy.

Physical requirements include:

  • Ability to move easily between sitting and standing, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
