Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain banking operations and protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Inspire and lead team members to meet sales objectives
  • Promote the company through partnerships and referral networks, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive reputation
  • Ensure loan quality adheres to company policies and complies with all relevant regulations
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, pipeline goals, and new business development objectives to expand market presence
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 annually
