The Relationship Banker is a key member of our team at Technology Credit Union, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and promoting our financial products and services. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide excellent service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Product Sales: Promote and sell our financial products and services to members, including loans, deposits, and other financial solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals and providing personalized solutions.
- Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing the branch, handling cash and negotiables, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field, including sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range from $44,600 to $62,100, with bonus potential of 5%.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
- Paid Time Off: 18 days of paid time off per year, increasing with length of service.
