Customer Service Excellence at Great Lakes Honda City

We are seeking a highly skilled BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate customers on our product and feature offerings.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 plus commission, with a compensation range of $38K-$55K annually.

Hours of operation include evenings Monday-Thursday until 7:30pm and every 3rd Saturday.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used car sales presentations
  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
  • Act as a member of the BDC team, including cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
Qualifications:
  • Sufficient reading skills to analyze and interpret general business inquiries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
