Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
