Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest. As a Pediatric Oncology RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Oncology/Infusion Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of assigned patients
  • Individualize, implement, evaluate, or update patient care plans and educational needs regarding vascular access
  • Utilize equipment such as point-of-care ultrasound equipment and intravenous infusion pumps as appropriate
  • Effectively demonstrate proper interpretation of department-specific policies and related laboratory results to safely manage patient needs
  • Implement, monitor, and record patient care and communicate patient condition as necessary
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
  • No experience required
  • Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)

Work Environment

This is a PRN/Per Diem Shift position in the Oncology/Infusion Services department at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest.
