Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our practice.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as paid time off, incentive programs, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver preventative and therapeutic dental care to patients in a clinical setting
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop effective treatment plans and provide comprehensive patient education
  • Perform radiographic imaging, including intraoral x-rays
  • Apply fluorides and other cavity-preventing agents to arrest dental decay
  • Chart conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentist
  • Remove deposits and stains from teeth by performing prophylaxis, debridement, scaling, and root planning or periodontal maintenance
Requirements:
  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program
  • 1-2 years of RDH experience preferred
  • Current state-specific dental hygiene license
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Complete Continuing Education Requirements as required by the American Dental licensing board
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by staff members to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the staff member may be regularly required to sit for long periods of time.

Work Environment:

This role is performed in a dental office which is a clinical and office environment. Staff members are occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, blood, and blood-borne pathogens; therefore, compliance with proper safety and OSHA standards is required.
