Clear Lake Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics offers a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.75-$26.25 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401K, and opportunities to volunteer in your local community.

Job Description:
  • Support the success of our clinicians through effective delivery of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE)
  • Perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties
  • Prepare patients for oral examination and assist other dental professionals in providing treatment

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be required to have additional training in specialty areas such as Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Pediatric dentistry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively without compromising the quality of your work.
