As a Lead Landscape Architect and Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping vibrant communities through innovative design. Our landscape architects are dedicated to creating exceptional environments that align with user needs and our commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scopes, guiding them from initial concept through to construction documentation and administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architecture, Environmental, and Engineering professionals.
- Oversee and mentor support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Engage with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction on key projects.
- Develop creative solutions and conduct quality control reviews on project documents.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Landscape Architect license in California and have extensive experience in both public and private sectors within major Southern California regions. You should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
Skills and Expertise
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; familiarity with LandFX is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local and national trends in landscape architecture and urban design.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
