About This Role

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction schedules, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Distribute project plans, track bid responses, and evaluate contractor proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
  2. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and building departments, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  3. Manage project schedules to meet deadlines, which includes conducting quality control inspections, providing staff training, coordinating materials, and supervising labor.
  4. Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  5. Monitor project expenses, create detailed scopes of work for subcontract agreements, and oversee labor, material, and equipment procurement.
  6. Supervise staff, set performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and address training needs.
  7. Foster strong professional relationships with project partners, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  8. E nsure project modifications are properly documented and approved by relevant parties.
  9. A dhere to company policies, promoting a safe, professional work environment that complies with regulatory requirements.
  10. P articipate in OAC meetings and document project impacts as required by contract terms.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in ground up multifamily/apartment construction
  • Experience with 50-100 units
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
