Compensation

Annual earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000, based on commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about various insurance products, industry protocols, and policy updates to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, including cold outreach and networking, to engage potential clients while managing an existing client portfolio.
  • Formulate personalized risk management strategies for clients to ensure their insurance needs are consistently met.
  • Actively listen to new and prospective clients to accurately assess their unique requirements before pursuing specific insurance offerings.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial documentation to report progress to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
