Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
  • Completion of two years (60 credit hours) from an accredited college or business school.
  • Two years of full-time office experience involving public interaction and data entry.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required:
  • Proficient knowledge of program rules and procedures.
  • Familiarity with office practices and effective communication.
  • Competence in word processing and database management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

This position is classified as a Civil Service title, Grade 8, with a competitive hourly rate. The role is part-time, requiring approximately 15 hours per week.
