About the Role

Tarzana Treatment Centers Northridge is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our DMH contracted programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of therapists to deliver high-quality care to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations and certification/licensure requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve therapy and case management skills among staff members.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure staff performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality improvement goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • Experience working in mental health services and DMH programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
