Job Title: Residential Supervisor

Job Summary

The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising youth in our residential program, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and promoting their social and emotional development. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and therapeutic environment, providing guidance and support to our students as they work towards their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support youth in our residential program, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide guidance and support to youth, promoting their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and therapeutic environment.
  • Document and report on student progress, ensuring accurate and timely communication with our team.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human services, psychology, or social work.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth in a residential or treatment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
