Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support youth in our residential program, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with our team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in their daily routines, including education, recreation, and life skills development.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to our program's policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human services, psychology, or social work.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children and families in a residential or community-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
