Job Summary

The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising youth in our residential program, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and promoting their social and emotional development. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and inclusive living environment, providing guidance and support to our students as they navigate their treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support youth in our residential program, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and inclusive living environment.
  • Document and report on student progress and any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our residential program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (human services, social work, psychology, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth in a residential or treatment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
