  • Assist in preparing patients for examinations and support healthcare providers during treatments, procedures, and tests.

  • Document patients' medical histories, health maintenance, and primary concerns.
  • Measure, record, and track vital signs accurately.
  • Conduct phlebotomy, administer injections, and collect specimens as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred or eligibility to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification preferred or ability to acquire within a designated period.
  • Experience in OBGYN or Primary Care is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
  • Capability to perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and manage dosage calculations.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with reliability.
