At RSR - Frontier, we're pushing the boundaries of digital connectivity. As a key member of our Consumer Direct Sales organization, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting communities to our innovative fiber technology.
What We're Seeking:We're looking for a driven and persistent Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this commission-based role, you'll prospect customers through door-to-door solicitation, leveraging your strong English language comprehension and ability to navigate assigned territories with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:We provide a competitive pay package with expected earnings of around $95,000, with opportunities to exceed targets and increase earnings beyond the monthly commission target. Our benefits prioritize the wellness of you and your family, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan benefits, tuition assistance, and a 401k match.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories through door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up.
- Analyze and develop personalized sales proposals based on meeting customers' needs.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and complete administrative tasks related to products sold.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices.
- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 6 months+ of direct sales experience.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services.
