As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary standards are met, and our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, upholding uncompromising standards of quality and consistency in all food production processes.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory control, financial management, and other operational duties.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to cultivate a skilled and cohesive team dedicated to Salted culinary excellence.
- Culinary Experience: Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing kitchen teams.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
