Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) and Stakeholder Outreach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for various airport projects, developing comprehensive ORAT plans, coordinating move logistics, and managing risks associated with airport transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ORAT plans to align with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate move logistics, including technology and operational equipment.
  • Manage risks associated with airport transitions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to project execution.
  • Coordinate training programs and simulations to prepare airport staff for transitions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ORAT activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Airport or Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in stakeholder communications and ORAT.
  • Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with vertical construction and renovation of occupied facilities preferred.
