About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alcami Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and record data as required.
  • Assist in the installation and retrofit of facilities equipment.
  • Ensure maintenance management is informed of all developments on a routine basis.
  • Perform necessary repairs to equipment and physical plant in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop solutions in collaboration with equipment owners, engineers, and vendors.
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation, including work orders and GMP documents.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Ensure timely completion and compliance with cGMP and other relevant company training requirements.
  • Be on call periodically to monitor and respond to facility and manufacturing equipment repairs and issues.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, NRC, or similar) performing repairs on production and/or utility equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Prior cGMP experience preferred.
