Key Responsibilities- Manage a station or shift within your designated region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Drive cultural and behavioral change, aligning with our corporate values and supporting our vision for a leading global premium airline.
- Deliver cross-regional projects to support the objectives and goals of Line Maintenance globally.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue improvement.
- Provide operational support on stations, including shift work as required.
- Manage agency and third-party interfaces, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including BA, customer, EASA, CAA, and FAA standards.
- Assist in defining and leading the strategic plan for the region, identifying growth and succession planning opportunities.
- Manage the continuous development and improvement of Line Maintenance working practices and facilities to enhance productivity and financial performance.
- UK CAA or FAA A&P license (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of Line Maintenance experience within the Aircraft Maintenance Industry, with a proven performance record.
- Unrestricted B1 (plus B2 optional) Any Type approvals B777, B787, or A380, A350 (desirable)
- Valid full US driving license (or equivalent) (desirable)
- Ability to hold an airport restricted zone and airside driving permit
- Knowledgeable in HS&E for the area of responsibility and aviation regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and departments in London-Heathrow (LHR) or Customer Airline bases
