Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal office areas, particularly breakrooms and kitchens.
- Conduct daily inspections of these spaces, ensuring coffee pots are brewed and replenished, and coffee supplies are adequately stocked.
- Manage communal dish collection and dishwasher operations, performing regular 'coffee runs' and 'dish runs.'
- Assist in the preparation of conference setups for legal professionals and their clients, which may involve arranging Zoom connections and providing beverages and snacks.
- Monitor the Conference Center email account, responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Engage in physical activities throughout the day, including frequent movement across multiple floors of the office.
- Occasionally lift items weighing between 20-30 lbs, with the understanding that heavier lifting is rare.
Business-casual attire is required. Please avoid jeans, graphic tees, large logos, and any patterns that may be deemed unprofessional. Clean, casual sneakers are acceptable due to the active nature of the role.
ExpectationsEmployees are expected to maintain a neat and hygienic appearance, ready to perform tasks as required. Practical and functional clothing is recommended.
