GEICO is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to join its Billing Product team. As a key member of the team, you will work cross-functionally to deliver a new billing platform from conception to launch. Your expertise will be instrumental in connecting technical vision with specific solutions to solve business and customer problems.
Key Responsibilities- Break down complex problems into manageable steps to drive product development.
- Support cross-functional teams focused on improving the customer experience, modernizing platforms, and growing market share.
- Define technical product requirements for billing solutions and coordinate/communicate between workstreams.
- Lead complex technical re-architecture of backend platforms and capabilities.
- Run experiments in an enterprise A/B testing framework on complex web and mobile applications.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 5 years of experience translating features into consumer or associate-facing products.
- At least 5 years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery.
- At least 1 year of billing or payments industry experience.
- Experience working on large complex software re-platforming projects.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
