We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Crew Chief to join our team at StandardAero. As a Quality Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors and technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of inspectors and technicians to achieve quality and safety goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all quality control procedures are followed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with maintenance managers and crew chiefs to achieve on-time delivery and on-budget objectives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training requirements for inspection personnel and ensure that they are qualified to perform their tasks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, and that all safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and an FAA Mechanic Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
  • Experience: Three plus years of leadership experience in an aviation maintenance environment.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and quality control systems.
