About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a DCG Operation Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of clinical information systems, ensuring seamless integration with our dental college's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inter-departmental phases of clinical systems to ensure proper alignment with our dental college's requirements.
  • Configure, manage, and implement user and role-based security for all clinical and non-clinical systems.
  • Produce or oversee clinical information system-related reports and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clinical information systems and supplementary vendors for troubleshooting, upgrading, training, and enhancements.
  • Manage the dental college's patient notification and survey system, as well as administration of interpretation services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare-related field.
  • Three years of relative experience in technology.
  • Advanced computer knowledge, project management, and management skills.
  • Healthcare systems and functional expert knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare-related field.
  • Higher education experience.
  • Dental knowledge.
  • Five or more years of relative experience.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
