As an Associate Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two weeks are the same. You will be encouraged to acquire new skills and experience necessary to perform your tasks without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new features, defect fixes, interfaces, integrations, and other software components.
  • Participate in QA testing and automation.
  • Automate CI/CD workflows.
  • Document requirements, specifications, coding standards, and other relevant information.
  • Monitor, resolve, and report technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering plans and designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, a plus).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in software engineering.
  • Experience with JavaScript, and JavaScript-based frameworks (VueJS, NodeJS, Typescript).
  • Experience with software development tools (Git, GitHub, Docker, VSCode, Jira).
  • Experience with SQL or PSQL databases, a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS), a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
