At H Mart, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Office Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining comprehensive records, coordinating delivery schedules, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring strict adherence to company safety guidelines. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely preparation and smooth execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of delivery processes, including timestamps, quantities, and source/destination information.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and external vendors.
  • Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory control and assist in periodic stock checks.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and support general office organization.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Office Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and pay attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in finding solutions to administrative challenges.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in warehouse administration or related administrative roles preferred.
