We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to provide technical leadership and optimize cost, quality, productivity, and reliability in our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering, with a proven track record of measurable results in a manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for leading teams of hourly employees and staff in continuous improvement activities, developing standard work, and ensuring operators and supervisors are engaged and trained in running plant processes consistently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, lean six sigma, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively work with others in a team environment. They will be responsible for commissioning new production equipment and processes, monitoring modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes, as well as providing technical leadership for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of plant environmental controls and processes.
