About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our business from day one and mastering the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch
  • Cultivating new business and developing your team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales and marketing expertise
  • Managing operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No alcohol or drug-related conviction on your driving record in the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a targeted 1st year annual compensation of $54,700 with an average 46 hour work week.
