Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Independence Village. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve meals in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that residents and guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned, ensuring that the dining area is well-maintained and organized.
  • Ensure that residents and guests receive prompt and attentive service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professional behavior, adhering to our company's standards of service.
Requirements
  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing for long periods of time and involves frequent interaction with residents, guests, and other associates. The employee must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English and be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
