Catering Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Catering Server to join our team at AEG. As a Catering Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and other food and beverage items to guests.
  • Manage Banquet Event Orders, setting up events with proper linens, dishware, glassware, and flatware.
  • Execute service on contracted event menus and timelines.
  • Listen and respond to customer requests and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and health standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One or more years of experience as a server in a fine dining or large-scale dining facility.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

AEG offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 to $18, as well as benefits for part-time roles, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until further notice.
