Key Responsibilities:- Set up food service areas within specific suites and club areas based on pre-orders.
- Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to the event, based on communication received of orders.
- Have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
- Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.
- Observe guests to respond to any additional requests.
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures.
