We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager: Education and Data to join our team at Innovative Network Of Knowledge. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in education and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a process for using data to identify program strengths and needs, developing and implementing plans that address program needs, and continually evaluating compliance with program performance standards and progress towards achieving program goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the delivery of high-quality program services that comply with state and federal standards through implementation, monitoring, and feedback of program policies and procedures.
- Tracking and monitoring child outcomes and quality assessment results, including compliance with positive adult-child interactions as measured by the CLASS instrument.
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring a systematic approach to staff training and professional development designed to assist staff in acquiring or increasing the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality, comprehensive services within the scope of their job responsibilities.
- Implementing procedures that prevent recurrence of previous quality and compliance issues, including previously identified deficiencies, safety incidents, and audit findings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and data analysis, with experience in leadership and educational work, specifically analyzing data trends and partnering to correct errors and findings alongside professional teams. They will also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
