Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor Registered Nurse Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 4C Medical Tele unit at OLGMC, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that the unit runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the 4C Medical Tele unit.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
