Job Summary:

The Director, Bids and Contracts Strategist will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for bids and contracts that align with the company's revenue goals and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for bids and contracts that align with the company's revenue goals and market opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to create compelling bid proposals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the bidding process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification through submission and post-bid follow-up.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all bids are compliant with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of bid managers and contract specialists.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all bid and contract-related matters, both internally and externally.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of bids and contracts.
