Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Administer the Westlake Safety Program, conducting safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports and paperwork, including production reports, safety records, and personnel documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements and equipment modifications to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Direct and develop personnel to meet or exceed production goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the effective and timely changeover of production lines to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, enforcing all housekeeping policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and at least 5 years' experience in a production environment.
  • Thorough understanding of PVC extrusion processes and causes/effects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
