POSITION TITLE:
Facilities Custodial/Groundskeeping/Maintenance - Day Shift

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role supports the Athletics Facilities Department in maintaining the grounds associated with athletic activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform general upkeep of grounds
  • Engage in mowing and weed control
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager
  • Availability to work during all home football events

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is essential for campus operations and requires the successful candidate to be present on campus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record compliant with University Vehicle Use Policy
Background check is mandatory.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving skills when challenges arise
